WHAT DATA WE USE AND WHY
We use your:
– Full name, e-mail address, to enable you to participate in the event and to send you organizational communications related to the event. The legal basis for processing, i.e., the condition required by law to use the data, is the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The provision of data is mandatory, without it we will not be able to allow you to participate in the event or provide you with organizational information useful for the conduct of the event. We will keep the data until the end of the event.
– E-mail address, to send you promotional messages via e-mail regarding events or initiatives similar to this event. The legal basis for processing is Post Eventi’s legitimate interest in promoting similar products/services. For sending, we will use the e-mail address you have already given us during registration. However, he can object from the beginning, and then at any time, to receiving the messages. We will keep the data for two years or until opposition, whichever comes first.
– E-mail address, for sending promotional messages by e-mail regarding services/products, events or initiatives of Post Events or Business Partners even if different from the one in which it will participate. The legal basis for processing is your consent. There is no obligation to provide the data and give consent for this purpose, failing which you will not remain updated on products/services, events or initiatives of Post Events or Partners. We will keep the data for two years, unless consent is revoked at any time.
– E-mail address, to communicate your information to the Event Sponsors to receive promotional communications from them. The legal basis for processing is your consent. There is no obligation to give consent for this purpose, failing which we will not disclose the data to Sponsors and you will not receive information from them. We will keep the data for two years, unless consent is revoked at any time.
– Images (photo, video, audio), to promote the image and activities of Post Events, including by disseminating photo/video images of participants, and news about the Event (“Branding”), in newspapers, TV, social networks, websites. The legal basis is Post Events’ legitimate interest in creating Event-related contributions to promote Post Events’ image. There is no provision for refusal to provide it, however, you may object to the processing from the beginning. The data are kept in our systems for three years (for their possible use to account for the different editions carried out).
– First name, last name, e-mail, could be processed if Post Events has to fulfill a legal obligation or an order from the authorities. The legal basis is the fulfillment of legal obligations. Data required by law or authority will be used and kept for the time required by law or requested by authority.

TO WHOM WE COMMUNICATE THE DATA
We communicate the data to our employees and collaborators, companies or consultants we use to offer certain services (such as, IT service providers, event organizing companies, video production and/or post-production service providers) as Data Processors. We will disclose your information, only with your free and specific consent, to the Sponsors presented at this event. We may also communicate them to organizations, public or private, if and to the extent that we are obliged to do so by applicable legislation or by their orders, or for the exercise, establishment and/or defense of a right in court.
Photographic images and video footage may, consistent with the purposes of their collection, be disseminated through the various channels internet, social, TV, radio, press, etc.

The Owner disseminates the images (still and/or moving) and any voice recordings by any means (via print, cable, over the air, via the web, via social networks, etc.: e.g., Post Events websites, Facebook, etc.), in compliance with the principle of minimization (thus making every effort not to make individuals belonging to the general public identifiable). In the event of the data subject’s exercise of the rights to rectification, erasure or restriction of
processing, the Controller will, to the extent possible, and where it does not involve a disproportionate effort, notify the recipients of photos and videos of this fact. Excluded are data that cannot be controlled by the Owner disseminated online (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Further communication of data may be required, in accordance with the law, by Authorities or other public entities for purposes of defense or state security or prevention, detection
or suppression of crimes.

WHERE YOUR DATA ARE
In carrying out our activities, we also use providers located outside the European Union or who access data from countries outside the European Union, such as, for example, the e-mail provider Zoho. In these cases, the transfer of data takes place in the presence of the guarantees required by current legislation, i.e., to countries for which there is an adequacy decision or on the basis of standard contractual clauses (“SCC”) approved by the European Commission. WHICH RIGHTS CAN YOU EXERCISE
You can ask at any time for access to your data and for them to be changed in case of errors.
It can obtain data deletion and restriction of processing in the cases provided for in the regulations.
You may obtain a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format, or direct transfer to another data controller if the legal basis is contractual or consensual and the processing is automated.

You can revoke at any time the consent you have given to receive promotional messages from Post Events and the communication of your data to third parties for their marketing purposes. – For Post Eventi’s Direct Marketing Purposes (sending promotional messages by email regarding events or initiatives similar to this event) initially, by sending an email to the DPO and, subsequently, by using the “Unsubsribe” or “Unsubscribe” or similar function present in the email received.
– Based on the legitimate interest of Post Events for the Purpose of Branding, as of now, for reasons related to one’s particular situation (e.g., injury to honor, reputation, decorum), subject to the Holder’s demonstration of a compelling and overriding legitimate interest under Art. 21.1 GDPR.

Post Events does not intentionally collect personal information referring to individuals under the age of eighteen. In the event that information about minors is recorded, Post Events will delete it in a timely manner upon the request of the Data Subject or the person exercising parental authority over the Data Subject.
