Description of the Award<\/h3>\n

The Award aims to encourage editorial productions, with particular attention to the quality of writing, that recount and analyze the world of the green economy, both from the aspect of climate-related issues, and more specifically the themes of energy, fashion, food, technologies, mobility, infrastructure and living, pollution, land consumption and social sustainability. The Award aims to foster cultural growth, promoting a modern culture of sustainability capable of stimulating the development of the Italian industrial fabric.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Work selection method<\/h3>\n

The competition announcement is issued in the web, sent to publishing houses and public and private research institutions. Entrepreneurs, managers and young undergraduates will be actively involved in the process of evaluation and selection of works in the competition, invited to be part of the “Readers’ Jury”.<\/strong> The competition will examine texts of fiction, non-fiction and biographies, <\/strong>without dwelling on the category to which they belong. The nominated works will compete for the Prize; only one work will be the winner among all entries. The Prize will be awarded to works made public between January 1<\/sup> <\/strong>and January 31, 2024<\/strong> (deadline for official publication of works). Failure to meet the release date or any change in the work between the date of submission and the publication date may be legitimate grounds for exclusion of the work from the final selection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Organization of the Prize<\/h3>\n

The Innovation Book of the Year Award is curated by the Award Directorate, reporting to ItalyPost. The program and chronology of events, including the date of the final ceremony, are determined by the Directorate year by year. Attendance in the presence of the authors at the Award Ceremony is compulsory, under penalty of exclusion from the final selection of the Award.
\nThe Committee of Selectors, which selects the finalist works, will make its decision by February 28, 2025, and the Jury of Readers will be asked to vote during the Festival of the Green Economy, held in Parma as part of Green Week, scheduled for March 28-30, 2025<\/strong>, directed by Ermete Realacci, which will be the occasion for the award ceremony.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
